IMSC2024 (Aug 17-23) International Mass Spectrometry Conference

From August 17 to 23, the International Mass Spectrometry Conference will take place in Melbourne, Australia. Once again, there will be a comprehensive program featuring 50 sessions across 4 themes: Life Sciences, Pharma, Health & Disease; Fundamentals, Instrumentation & Methods; Environmental, Earth, Space, Forensics, and Cultural; and Food, Polymers & Materials. Plenary speakers include Professor Dame Carol Robinson, Professor Jana Roithová, Dr. Yu-Ju Chen, with Koichi Tanaka as the distinguished keynote speaker.

Additionally, there are many exciting short courses available for both new and experienced researchers, ranging from fundamentals in LC-MS method development to specialized courses in areas such as ion mobility mass spectrometry, imaging, computational and statistical analysis, and applications to various ‘omics’ fields. Early bird registration will remain open until 17th April, and abstracts can be submitted until 5th April.

Of course, it’s also a great opportunity to visit Melbourne, the coastal capital of southeastern Australia’s Victoria and one of the world’s most livable cities! 🙂
