NVMS Fall Meeting 2026 at TU Eindhoven: abstract submission and registration now open!

Save the date! The NVMS Fall Meeting will take place on Monday, 2nd November 2026, at Eindhoven University of Technology. 🍂🔬

Abstract submission is open now (deadline of 15th October 2026). Please download the abstract template here, complete it, then fill in the form below, upload your abstract, and click “Submit Your Abstract”. That’s it, your abstract is submitted! 🙂 A great opportunity to present and discuss your exciting research, whether it is an MSc, PhD, postdoc, PI, or other project from academia or industry. Our program committee Eef Dirksen and Guinevere Lageveen-Kammeijer will review all submissions and let you know shortly after the submission deadline whether your abstract has been accepted, and selected for either an oral or poster presentation.

Venue: TU/e Auditorium – Reception in the main hall, presentations in building 1, auditorium 2

How to reach the venue? The Auditorium is approximately a 5–10-minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station. Exit the station on the north side (towards the bus station) and walk towards the TU/e campus. Once on campus, follow the signs for Auditorium / Building 1. By car, navigate to De Zaale, Eindhoven, and once on campus follow the signs for the Auditorium. Several parking areas are available near the Auditorium. Please note that paid parking applies.
